I Can't Get Into Survival

Hi!
The title is basically my situation - I can’t get into survival. I also can’t get into the lobby. When I type /survival it just says “Already connecting to server” but even after a long while, it won’t do anything. I’ve already submitted a ticket/report but I wanted to see if this is happening to anyone else and/or maybe someone could help me. (This has been happening for awhile but I completely forgot about TC forums)

Are you using 1.16.2?
