Well, on April 26th I gathered all my trophies and on that same day I went to the reward chamber but there was something blocking it. So, can staff please fix this problem?

Either it is closed for maintenance or it is genuinely broken.

I opened it but then someone reported an issue, so I closed it temporarily while trying to figure out what went wrong, though I think I figured it out. If you happen to catch me when I’m online, feel free to ask me to let you in and supervise the system while you use it, though it’s probably going to be open all the time soon.
