Had the same idea a few days ago. I mean, we also have a bees channel…

The only potential issue that I see with this is that someone is going to request another channel like the potato or bees to be added in the near future. Otherwise, I guess there really isn’t a reason not to do so.
I think that would be cool, but I don’t think it should be added. This is similar to how the bees channel works, but that channel has a good reason to be there. Bees irl or bees in minecraft would have to be differentiated from each other and they would not fit on general, but also not in off topic. Potatoes are different, as they can plainly just be put in the off topic chat, as it wasn’t like an entire game update was made for specifically potatoes. Then again, I’m not a staff member, but I just don’t think it’s necessary.
