Yes. When we have a new world it will be separated. This also has technical reasons.

Does this mean that there will be no item transfers? I have a new base all planned out and I have spent the past year or so gathering materials for it. I would like something to work towards while waiting for the new survival world. I remember you said there wouldn’t be any because the current world couldn’t be updated to 1.13, but now that it worked would it be possible?
